Terrible online experience, my first and last! I placed an order on August 26 with an expected delivery date of August 31. I never received the package and it’s now September 2nd. I reached out to Kiehl’s customer service yesterday, and about an hour later I received an email stating that the package is on its way. A day later, I clicked the tracking number and it stated that the package has not yet been received. I had the most amazing experience at Kiehl’s recently when I went in to try the skin analysis machine in store. I needed a whole reset on my skincare routine and had no idea where to start. Anni spent well over an hour with me helping me put together a new routine and picking out products for me. She was so incredible and knowledgeable about everything, and not only found me the right products but also explained the science behind each and why they would be best for me. Came in for a full scan with the team and Hector. What an experience and loved the rest of the staff in the store at the time. Helped shoot some of the content and we chopped it up. Much love to Anni and Hector. Excited to be a member of the Kiehl's team moving forward.
