Terrible experience and customer service from Hector. I came in close to noon on my birthday, wanting to pickup birthday gift. Hector asked about the email that I should have received in order to get the birthday treat but after looking through my emails, I couldn't find it. I tried to login to my Kiehls account but I couldn't after numerous tries (I realized later after I left that I was trying to login and reset password on .com instead of .ca). Terrible attitude. Employees here have this passive aggressive attitude for no reason. They were rolling their eyes and giving dirty looks to customers.
