I had the chance to meet Hector at a Kiehl’s acne event, and it was such a great experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to really understand my skin concerns before recommending anything. What stood out most was how clearly he explained everything—he broke down the products, ingredients, and routines in a way that actually made sense and felt easy to follow. I’ve been a loyal Kiehl’s customer for an over 10 years, so this experience was really disappointing. Today, Olivia was very unhelpful, she made me feel uncomfortable for asking me to make a purchase so I can get a sample. Olivia made me feel like my loyalty meant nothing, and when she finally gave me one, it was so tiny and nearly empty that it felt more like an insult than a gesture of service. What a deeply disappointing and humiliating experience !!!! Go where they treat you good, go to the Yorkdale location.

Terrible experience and customer service. I came in close to noon on my birthday, wanting to pickup birthday gift. He asked about the email that I should have received in order to get the birthday treat but after looking through my emails, I couldn't find it. I tried to login to my Kiehls account but I couldn't after numerous tries (I realized later after I left that I was trying to login and reset password on .com instead of .ca). He was able to look up my profile on their network but still says he needs the email after all... read more
