Seriously Kieffer Family Dental is an awesome place to go! I highly recommend them to anyone!! Not only do they give awesome care but are willing to work with your needs from treatment to billing for what works for you and your schedule!! Dr Joe is the absolute best! He came in on Saturday to see me. I wasn’t sure what was going on with my tooth but it turned out I needed a root canal. He and his assistant acted quickly and professionally to help me. Everyone at Kieffer dental has be great! If I could give 10 stars I would! Best dental professionals in Rapid City!
I been going to this dentist ever since they opened and the last couple years has been so bad. When Dan and Mike only care about selling you a mouth guard when its not needed instead of fixing the problem and ive told them over and over that my insurance does not cover it they still push and push the mouth guard on you. They just need to redo a filling and they wont do it. I am so close to finding a different dentist because of them. The other staff are great but the two guys are buttholes and they need to stop with the mout... read more
