Superior service. I wouldn't buy anything other than a Nissan because they have the best engine & transmission, and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for service. I'm super happy with Kiefer Nissan's service department. I had my pathfinder towed in there because Napa recommended a genuine Nissan diagnostics. My Nissan was completely dead with no answer in sight. It wasn't a quick fix like I hoped it would be and it was expensive. It took two trips in to the service center because I had to save for the second part of the fixing. Steven was amazing, he kept me informed, always answered my questions, and was patient with me.
