The office manager had told me on Friday 09/27/19 that my appointment today 09/30/19 would be with her. I walk in, check in and the office manager tries telling that she never spoke with me on the phone. She called me a liar. Then she had the audacity to make me wait over TWO HOURS PAST my appointment time to even be seen. 🙃 this office ALSO misdiagnosed my child and prescribed him antibiotics when he did not need any. Kidz Care is awesome and their team is very professional and caring.
~Brand new to town with a sick kid running a super high temp. The medical records were coming in from out of state slowly. When I was told "Bring him to me right away!" I knew I was in the right place! AMAZING staff and doctors! It isn't easy moving and transferring your children after they've been with the same pediatrician since birth. The care and attention here was thorough and attentive! I appreciate that!
Everyone is friendly and they listen to everything you have to say. The front desk lady Jennifer and the nurse plus doctor where really helpful and answer all my questions. Glad I found this place.
The receptionist was nice and the doctors and nurses also friendly wasnt a long wait at all
Best Place Ever !!! You can tell the staff love Children and love ❤️ their job Always kind and courteous Doctors are thorough and make sure your children are well cared for we have been with them almost 5 years and love them.and 5 stars !!!
