I have had more than my fair share of headaches with the staff who works here. They forgot to send me a prescription for my baby which I waited for the entire day, one hour before they would close I called them to ask about it and they asked me if my husband could go get it instead. They have billed me for more money than I’ve had to pay. When I try to get them on the phone to set a payment agreement I am left on hold for over 40 mins or I’ve told that someone will call me back. No one had ever called me back.
Great place, great staff, great doctor. Small and cozy!
