My son has been a patient at this practice since he was 4 years old, and he is now 13. He also receives orthodontic treatment next door, so we’ve been loyal patients for many years. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. My son had an orthodontist appointment on Monday with no issues, and when we arrived for his dental appointment on Wednesday, I was told he could not be seen because I didn’t have his dental insurance card. Always stick up for your children. My youngest, 2yrs, wanted to sit in the normal sized chair. The hygienist insisted the boogie board was best. My young one hated it. Hygienist refused to allow her in the big chair. I let my child wait in the big chair until the dentist came out to work. The Dr did not make or request me to move my child to the boogie board.
