Highly recommend Kidz Planet! I have brought both my kids here for visits. All of the staff are friendly and understanding. My 9 year old son has very high anxiety with dentistry due to past experiences where others were not very patient with him. We brought our daughter for her first dental appointment yesterday. The dental assistants were all SO sweet and SO patient with her! She ended up needing some extensive work done, and because were out of pocket- they recommended us another dentist who could give us what she needed with a better price and payment plan for our budget. To me- that just showed me their business is being run by honest people with a genuine passion for helping kids! I accidentally called the Summerville office today instead of the Savannah Hwy one and the woman who answered the phone was just NASTY. I am certainly glad we don’t use that location. Wow. Just wow. Stunned by her tone. Other than that, experience has been great. Just a little taken aback by the rudeness I dealt with today. I work with the public too and I would be fired in a heart beat if I talked to any restaurant patrons the way this woman spoke to me today.
I have two sons who both love going to Kidz Planet. My oldest son has autism, and is orally defensive at times. The team at Kidz Planet is amazing with him, and so supportive of his fears/concerns. Highly recommend!
