I love Dr. Kim and his stuff. My kids are a teenagers now but they have been seen Dr. Kim since they were little. We always happy with their service. Love that Dr. Kim always take time to greet their patients. 5 Starts for them.
I am most than happy to have Dr Kim as my son's dentist. He is such a wonderful doctor and the nurses and all staff in his office are awesome.
Dr. Thomas is great. He interacts with my children and myself, by doing so it helps my kids to relax and know they are in good hands. I recommend him for all kids. I wish he seen adults too. You will not be disappointed.
I was not happy with the attitude that they had with my wife , the appointment time was late and they were there for a while so the time we were there ready to be taken was not the time y'all said, I will be in touch, I got a couple questions that need answered
Always friendly staff, when dealing with children though, some issues are best left to be discussed with the parent alone in order to avoid anxiety in children.
The hygienist wasn't using the hippa law, speaking with me in the waiting room in front of patients about the condition of my child's mouth. So I ask if I could speak with her in the back with some privacy, she didn't seem to understand why, I ask do she practice HIPPA?

I have been apart of this practice since my son was about 3-4 years old. He is now 11. That alone should speak of my satisfaction. The front desk staff is always pleasant, the dentists are always thorough in explaining the condition of my child's teeth, the hygienist do a great job of making my son feel comfortable at getting his teeth clean.
