Jennifer was amazing! 👏 my daughter loved getting her first haircut at kidz Biz salonz and she loved the pugs.
EDIT: I haven't been able to get a hold of them since May. Do we know if they are still alive? People should check on them, because now I'm starting to think it's not their customer service that sucks, but they may have passed... We love it here. My son loves it. We love it here. My son loves it. Unfortunately today we will start being a great clips/sports clips family because it is impossible to get a hold of them. It was fine doing business with you but each time I want to make an appointment we seem to play phone tag (mostly my end) for 2-3 days before getting anything in place.
Making an appointment was very easy, prices are average and the place itself was adorable! Very catered to children from decor to chairs. My toddler had her first hair cut here and the stylist was so calm and fast even though she was moving around so much. The pugs were also so cute and very well behaved. Will definitely be coming here again and bringing my older kiddos!
Unfortunately, my daughter was nervous about the pug as it ran up without warning as soon as we came in. The lady there said, "Oh god," rolled her eyes and turned away when my daughter asked if the dog had to be around while she got her haircut. I was able to get my son a haircut because he was fine with the dogs. The haircut was okay. I got my daughter's somewhere else, though. Almost wish I would have just left after her reaction to my daughter. Sucks to have such a unique little kid's shop with such poor customer service.... read more
