RecommendedDr. Bolt & Dr Rudolph have been amazing. I never feel like they rush the appt, they listen to my questions and concerns. As a 1st time mom, that’s very important to me. But on our very 1st visit when my daughter was 1 week old, we had NP Sarah. She was very bitter, wasn’t listening to our questions, made us feel dumb for asking certain things, etc. She was literally inching herself out the door as we were trying to ask questions. I always make sure I make my appts with either Dr. Bolt or Dr. Rudolph.

They did a wonderful job, they were very polite and professional! The atmosphere was peaceful, clean, although I feel there should be more toys in the lobby area.
Everyone there is always friendly and very good with our daughter. Both Dr. Rudolph and Dr Boldt listen to our concerns and explain things very well.
I never felt like they were very caring of my son. When he was sick and I called the nurse even stated I don’t have time to listen you’ll have to leave a message. Left a message and never got a call back. Had a 7 dollar fee do from a previous appt. they stated they would not see my son til was paid. I stated that was negligent and they changed their tone. Every time I spoke with billing they were always very rude and threatened to send each bill to collection even tho my husband has good health insurance. DO NOT GO TO Kidz B... read more
Nothing makes me more mad than a nurse practitioner telling me my daughter has one thing when it turns out to be something completely different. Getting told she has eczema by a nurse practitioner was completely wrong and I knew that so I then switched the kids doctors and seen the new doctor one time and he instantly said she had a milk allergy. Great Providers and awesome staff! Wouldn't take my kids anywhere else
If it wasn't for Dr. Rudolph, I probably wouldn't have made it this far. He has found everything that has troubled me, including serious diseases. If he doesn't find it right away, he won't stop until he does. I've been seeing him since I was a newborn, and I am 16 now. I love the nurses and all the staff is great. It's super clean, and they still let me get a sticker at the end of the appointment no matter how old I get.�
