Great dudes great new shop just all around great south siders doing great things for the people so I thought. As they grew they allowed new staff on board who aren't as valuable as the original dynamic trio. I find this heart breaking that Justin allowed for my wife's O2 sensor to be smashed into the exhaust by a young inexperienced mechanic who by the way use a mallet to insert a sensory. First time using a service center over the dealer. My ford has 170k and I have endurance warranty. They made using the warranty and getting all work completed as promised and on time. I will not be going back to the Ford Dealer Highly Recommend!!!
