We love KidStrong West Nashville! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every session a great experience for my kids. High ratings all around for such a positive environment!

The tone and pace are just right. The focus is holistic in that the mind, body and behavior are combined in the activities
Our kiddo LOVES KidStrong and wants to go there everyday of the week! We have seen such growth in him and are so impressed seeing his confidence build with each session! The coaches are amazingly supportive and patient knowing his age group can't always hold their attention span throughout the session.
