I highly recommend kidstrong for kids. The programs are defined very well which helps improving kids mental and physical strength.
I'm just getting in, I loved the energy of the trainers.

We love kidstrong!! We have been here for three years (this location about a year) and will be sad when our journey here is over. Coach Danny and his assistants have been absolutely amazing (our fav), our son really enjoys his time with them.
We can in January for a free trial but our son was too nervous to try. They offered us another trial. We came back the next week and he has loved it since. They are welcoming, encouraging and accommodating. Our son is becoming more confident with each class.
