I've never seen something like this. I assumed it was a gym/outlet for kids but it is so much more than that. It's teaching kids confidence, teamwork, sportsmanship etiquette, and not being a bully or selfish. My kids came out of the trial begging to join. They internalized all the positivity the coaches spoke into them.
Program is wonderful for kids who need an outlet for energy and a boost to their confidence. Coaches are kind but set appropriate boundaries. There’s even a little brain work to supplement the movement
My son absolutely loves coming to kid strong every week!
