My son absolutely LOVES Kid Strong!! He looks forward to it every week. He has been going for almost 10 months now, and he has gotten more confident, stronger physically, and has improved with his communication and social skills. The coaches are not only encouraging and engaging, but they make the class so fun for the kids. If you’re thinking about it, I highly recommend doing it. I wasn’t sure whether my son would enjoy it because he is so picky and often stubborn- but he wouldn’t miss it for the world!

I feel is a good place for my daughter exercise and have fun. It is clean and there is a friendly atmosphere.
I've never seen something like this. I assumed it was a gym/outlet for kids but it is so much more than that. It's teaching kids confidence, teamwork, sportsmanship etiquette, and not being a bully or selfish. My kids came out of the trial begging to join. They internalized all the positivity the coaches spoke into them.
