Our son LOVES kidstrong! They always have great organized activities for the kids and not to mention all the coaches are soooo friendly and energetic! Kidstrong has helped build confidence in him and also helped him socialize!
My kids love the couches at the Lake grove location. They each take a class and have been doing their camp for the summer. In a few short months one has learned how to clear the monkey bars and the other you can see the muscle forming on his arms. They are so good and patient with the kids. My kids have never been so excited to do exercises before. I highly recommend this location. My kids love it there.
KidStrong has been such an amazing experience! This place is helping my child become so much more independent, confident, and brave. I love watching him learn to try new things, follow directions, overcome challenges, and believe in himself. He’s building strength not only physically, but mentally and emotionally too. Seeing his growth and how proud he is of himself makes me so happy.
