I had a disappointing experience with KidStrong’s membership hold policy. When I initially asked to cancel, I was told that my remaining credits would expire and was advised to place the membership on hold instead. Before proceeding, I specifically asked whether I could use my credits during the hold. That question was not answered, and I was directed to submit the hold request. My son was skeptical and thought he would not like it and then he ended up wanting to sign up for 2 classes a week
I highly recommend KidStrong! It’s been a fantastic experience for our 7 year old, helping him build confidence, coordination, resilience, and teamwork in a fun and encouraging environment. The coaches are engaging and supportive, and every class challenges the kids while keeping them excited to learn. We’ve seen noticeable growth not just physically, but in confidence and willingness to take on new challenges.
Excellent spot for guided activities. Recently enrolled our 2 year old and this is structured to help follow instructions and be part of a team. The positive reinforcement of character building is just beautiful.
Highly recommend! The class structure and variety of activities have been an absolute game-changer for our very active, sensory-seeking kiddo. We appreciate the awards system and the constant focus on acknowledgment and confidence-building. This is truly one of the first activities where our child has been able to successfully follow directions, practice big movements, and build body control!
