My kids have been attending for 6 months now and have absolutely loved it. I particularly saw an improvement with my son who had been struggling a lot with coordination. We have really appreciated coaches Alexis and Jaelyn who have been absolutely incredible and patient and very attentive with every single child. My kids have loved being in the classes😊
Because from when I walked through the door, I could tell everyone cared about their jobs, about my children and about me. They welcomed us were full of energy to teach my kids, and I could tell they believed in what they were demonstrating. I’ve never seen a better program and I’m a coach and teacher of kids.
The system in place is designed to benefit only the owners, not the parents whatsoever. First with member cancellations, it was never communicated to me that I would need an entire month heads up before cancelling, resulting in having to pay for another month which is a lot of money for two kids. They should allow people to cancel membership for the next month at any point in the current month. I had a disappointing experience with KidStrong’s membership hold policy. When I initially asked to cancel, I was told that my remaining credits would expire and was advised to place the membership on hold instead. Before proceeding, I specifically asked whether I could use my credits during the hold. That question was not answered, and I was directed to submit the hold request.
