I was really hopeful about KidStrong of Commack based on the hype, but our experience was incredibly disappointing. Communication was almost entirely via text, which felt impersonal and unprofessional. I was told that my special needs child would be placed in a smaller class and that the staff was trained to work with children who have unique learning needs.
