Best customer service… they closed at 8pm and I arrived at 7:59pm with my son and they were caring and loving towards him.
The nurses were all nice and I had no issues with them. However, the nurse practitioner who was there instead of an actual doctor saw my newborn son and was very rude and made comments to me and made it very clear that he disapproved of me bringing my baby there for his severe skin issues and invalidated my concerns. I would never bring my baby out to the doctor if I wasn’t genuinely concerned about what was going on with him and for him to even insinuate that was very disrespectful.
