Left the location near Taylor rd due to cna coming to tell me that provider was overwhelmed and that I need to go to the other location literally an hour after opening. If you can’t take the job don’t sign up for it. I then when to the zelda road location and sat there nearly 4 hours. I have never sat in this urgent care longer than 1 hour. They should hire more staff.
Very nice
We had fairly short wait before being seen in the exam room. The kiosk wouldn't take my payment, so I had to get an associate to swipe my card. In the exam room, we noticed ants crawling all over the walls. The staff, however, was friendly and attentive and had great bedside manner.
HORRIBLE ! Didn’t see provider at all came for persistent pain in arm no xray or anything taking only a prescription for a painkiller .
