I previously used this agency for supervised visitation and do not recommend them. The only plus was the convenient location. The program manager, Natia Hayes, promised detailed visit reports but failed to deliver—nothing for over 2.5 months. The intake process was disorganized; she claimed she’d been trying to reach me for months but had the wrong email and never verified by phone, even though she had my number. Our experience with KP has been exceptional. Staff members possess a deep care for the children they help, and take the time to fully understand the families they license, going against the stigma of apathetic representatives in the foster care system. If anyone is considering becoming a foster parent, and wants to make a difference in the lives of children that may need a little extra care, I urge you to consider getting licensed through KP. 5 stars all around.
