Horrible. 3 hour wait with a sick child.... staff was unprofessional outside rooms talking loudly about their party plans for weekend..and their personal relationships...so ya we arent coming back. This was a neccessity to come here today and looks like to get a decent pediatrician i have to go t9 madison or huntsville... so sad
I have taken my kids for several years and it keeps getting worse. Wait time in waiting room up to hour or more then another hour or more in room on dr... three hours easy for visit! They need to clean entire area better.. always a problem with prescriptions. We started receiving bills from visits a year or so earlier! Dr. King is sweet lady but I have changed doctors... my kids need to be safe. Called in meds they are allergic more than once after being told of same medicine.
I have been dealing with this office for the last 4yrs. They have become very slow waited 3hrs for follow up visit and waited 2hrs for prescription to finally get called in. If you go plan to down your whole day there.
We went for my daughters 4 year check up. The nurse and NP pinned her to the table and strapped her legs to give her shots. She has never had a problem before sitting still while getting shots. They wouldn't let me get to her or stop it. My daughter and I both left in tears. They wouldn't give us a blue card, and I had to go sit in the office for 2 hours to get my daughters records. ( that they would NOT give our new pediatrician. My daughter calls them the "shot doctor" and cries if we pass the place.
Be very careful with this place. My son went in at 10 am today with a severe ear infection and a rash. We were told when we left at 12 that his prescriptions would be called in asap. I waited until after work just to be sure. Two hours later at 7:15 pm she finally called it in after i made numerous calls to the answering svc. The doctor never called me back just had the answering svc call me with wrong info and on top of all that the pharmacy had to call her back AGAIN because she called in medicine that did not even exist
