Called the office at 6 a.m. fully expecting to leave a voicemail, but to my surprise my call was answered by the office manager. She quickly took down my concerns and Dr. Zee returned my call within minutes. He requested to see my son that morning despite having a 10 a.m. presentation to give. I am extremely happy with the customer service! My son gets very nervous about going to see doctors and immediately he relaxed when we walked in because of how inviting the office is. Every staff member we have encountered was genuinely friendly. My son enjoyed being able to play video games as we waited. When he was having a procedure done Dr. Zee was so friendly and calm that my son didn't even realize he was getting a shot in his gums!
