So my wife (AA) called them ask for an appointment for our children which she was told there weren't. And the wasn't take any new patients. For some reason I didn't believe her so I had my mother ( AA as well but has a more professional sounding voice) call . My was not only told they were taking new patientsb also that they had appointment available this week. I didn't know if it Lisa ( the person who answered the phone) or Kids Teeth policy to turn down certain people.
