Wouldn't even rate this a 1! Horrible experience for a year bc this was the closest office. Callin the customer service line is useless! Office Staff is rude and unfriendly and not up to date with their patients files. I asked if my child needed vaccinations at 4 and they said no. When I switched doctors, they sent me in circles when I was trying to get my child's records. Still never got them.

The staff is always nice and the clinic is always clean. Dr Eric is very nice and explains everything very well. I would recommend.
Dr. Duarte has great bedside manner, was attentive, and listened to my concerns regarding my daughter's sleeping issue. She made recommendations and suggestions without bring judgemental and she seemed very charismatic. She also requested a follow-up appointment and I really appreciated that. 👏
