KPC was a pleasure to work with. Responsive to all my questions leading up to the event. Arrived on time and performed as we discussed. My daughter was ecstatic to have Abby Cadaby at her second birthday. Her costume was well-maintained and by far exceeded the quality of other companies character costumes.
Hiring Buzz and Woody for my son's birthday party was the best decision we made! They arrived on time, were incredibly interactive with the kids, and their costumes were spot-on. The characters were patient and kind with all the children, even the shy ones. It was a magical experience that my son and his friends will cherish, I will definitely be booking again!
Live this company!! They were very reliable and answered all my questions before I booked the character. We used him for our youngest son birthday party and they made him feel soo special.
Horrible experience for my sons 4th birthday party, Spiderman arrived late to start. Used our bathroom to change and was in there for 10 minutes trying to get in the costume in which case he then asked me to help him try to zipper it closed but it was 3x too small for him and was already ripped. He then went out to the party with a ripped costume and zero sense of how to interact with the kids.
