This practice running a scam with the Insurance thing that the person who was attending was not clear about charge about fluoride Cleaning, and when I was checking out, they said oh, because you sign it, and you didn’t read properly, and when she explain that there was no Copy, and then you need to pay because we initial so be careful when you’re going to the practice. Make sure you read all the fine details or fine Prince, because if no, it’s gonna be problem for you guys.
I am deeply disappointed by the complete lack of accountability and urgency at this practice. My daughter had a cavity treated here, but a few months later, she started suffering from severe pain in that exact tooth. When I called for advice, I was told they had no availability for 4 days and were told to just "rotate Tylenol and Advil." After 3 days of my daughter being on painkillers, I called back and demanded an urgent check. Gavin is the best!!!! I absolutely dreaded this appointment just based off of the last one at the Halle office and how upsetting it was for my daughter... BUT Gavin, our dental hygienist this time at the NW gville office, is an absolute rockstar! Gavin was amazing with my daughter and it went so well.
