Horrible experience. My son was denied dental care because the dentist said he felt “uncomfortable” after I asked basic questions comparing his treatment to a previous clinic. Instead of addressing my concerns as a parent, they cancelled the appointment and refused to treat him. This forced me to take time off work, pay for hotels and food, deal with the stress of rescheduling last-minute, and caused my son to miss school all for nothing. I’ve literally never been in a cleaner dental office, or experienced such wonderful and kind staff (ALL OF THEM) in my entire life. I would drive two days just to come to this office if I had to. The care, kindness and respect given is unparalleled! I’m actually shook! ♥️♥️♥️
I had a great experience at this clinic today. The staff were amazing. Dr. Nadeem is very kind and helpful. He took a lot of care when preforming the procedure. I am grateful for their service.
They used to be good, but have gone so downhill the last couple years. I’ve experienced neglect in care and diagnosis that has resulted in a massive infection for my son that I had to get dealt with elsewhere, they also screw up paper work to no end, can never have anything ready or sent off in time, and they’re not transparent about costs.
