My daughter had an EEG yesterday and Amy was so sweet! My daughter was made comfortable, with no meds, and every staff member we encountered was awesome! We have two more appointments scheduled this month and I look forward to my daughter receiving quality care!
Dr. Ramos is a wondetful doctor.. Eric and Francesco at the front desk wete very professional and very helpful. The staff is very patient and wonderful. I feel very blessed that my daughter is in very good hands...i do have to mention my 8 year old daughter has improved so much since i have found Doctor Ramos. She truly cares. My daughter has had a lot of issues with ADD her focus and tic disorder (tourettes) and is now doing so much better with Dr Ramos's expertise. God bless this doctor and the wonderful workers there.
I wish to express my heartfelt appreciation for the kindness and excellent care my daughter experienced last Wednesday, she received the best care available. The sensitivity and support of your fine staff helped.her through what was a hard test for her, and I will never forget your kindness. Please express my appreciation to everyone who assisted my daughter.
