When you need to get in they get you in. If you need meds they are on it. The staff is always supportive and kind.
I loved it. Everyone was very helpful and kind. The referral lady was also very helpful to setting up the testing. Also I didn't have to wait a year to have an appointment which could very stressful on parents. Thank you Kids Neuro Care from the bottom of our hearts.
When I took my son to the appointment in March it was fine. The doctor was great but ever since that first appointment I have a very hard time contacting the office. The number keeps going to the emergency number no matter what time you call. The emergency number staff is absolutely the rudest people I have ever dealt with, especially the lady named Melissa. I want to pull my son because of the hassle I have experienced with trying to get in touch with the office. I would not recommend this office unless you want to be spoke... read more
