Honestly couldn’t ask for a better place to get help for my child. Our first speech therapist, truly became one of my sons favorite people, our current one, goes above and beyond to make him comfortable and happy all while still teaching him. The ladies at the front desk are always so kind and welcoming. I’ve only had one tough experience, with another clients mother, none of the staff. But the staff went above and beyond to rearrange schedules so I no longer had to have contact with that person. I mean they are an exception... read more
I’ve had a wonderful experience with Ivy Rehab. The staff is incredibly accommodating and kind, and they go above and beyond to ensure each child’s individual needs are met. They do a thorough job of identifying what areas need focus and then creating clear, goal-oriented plans to support progress. After each session, they always take the time to share detailed updates on what my child is working on and how they’re developing strategies. Their communication and care truly make a difference. Highly recommend!
I really wanted to not post this review, but other parents must be warned. This business doesn’t seem to work in the best interest of anyone but themselves. The evaluation that was done was NEVER reviewed with me nor was it uploaded to the portal. I had to ask for it 5 months later when I made a switch elsewhere and learned what standard practices are within the industry. We LOVED this place prior to new ownership. Even a year or so after new ownership was okay. But everything began to change slowly. Which was sad. Watching the therapist after therapist leave, which I do understand... Sadly they also raised the prices after first of the year for self pay. We’ve been at kids in motion for over 3 years.. we have always paid the same. Now they doubled the cost. Your kid gets sick and can not come in that day.. they simply do not care. You’ll be paying that charge regardless. All about money now.... read more
