Mi hijo tenía su cita de segumiento una vez al año a las 10:30 llegamos a las 10:05 an pasado mas de dos horas y aun no lo llaman.No tienen suficiente personal solo una recepcionista se pasa corriendo de un lado a otro. La tela de las sillas están demasiado sucias los cuatros de examen huelen mal, las paredes y los pagador de foco están sucias en el baño se puede ver la falta de limpieza no hay papel ni jabón y el baño no dejaba de tirar agua. Definitivamente 0 estrellas y no volvemos mas aquí.

Been taking my child there for a long time (13 yrs) but its time to change Drs, I can attest to the revolving door of nurses probably because she only gets interns and hires one or two medical assistants so she doesn't have to pay them much. The last straw for me was this last visit they tried to charge me 100 for the visit and 350 for the echocardiogram, when other times my visit is always covered. Chairs are still filthy after a year since the same reviews about them, I felt like I had to go shower right afterwards and surely put paper towels in them before sitting…

I was blessed to find Dr Gupta. She is just what my special needs teen needed. Unfortunately front office staff isnt very helpful. You have to stay on top of them to do what they need to do. Because they will not follow up with things.
