I was blessed to find Dr Gupta. She is just what my special needs teen needed. Unfortunately front office staff isnt very helpful. You have to stay on top of them to do what they need to do. Because they will not follow up with things.
I brought my son to see Dr. Gupta for a second opinion. The previous doctor we visited assured me there was nothing abnormal—he didn’t hear or observe any issues and said my son was fine. Do not go here. Save your sanity and go elsewhere. Dr Gupta may be a good doctor but her office staff makes everything impossible. You will never get things done. They will never call you back. Your messages will go unanswered. I decided to go to Dr Khan for a 2nd opinion on an issue. I was going to take Dr Guptas records as a reference. After 6wks of trying to get the records I still dont have them. Unfortunately when I met Dr Gupta she seemed to be extremely involved with her patients however as time went on I realized that the front office is a revolving door for employees every two weeks there's new employees there she cannot keep her staff. I have seen where she reprimands her staff for minor incidents in front of patients.
