Do NOT bring your kids here. this is the most incompetent group of people i have ever dealt with. i called them at least 5 times to request forms for a patient and every time they acted clueless and did not complete the forms. they were faxed close to 15 times and even when they confirmed it had been received when i called to follow up on it they said they never got it and to refax. they do not care about their patients are should not be caring for patients with heart conditions
It starts with the front desk you can be left standing for over 10 minutes before they acknowledge you (mind you it’s a clear window). This is my second visit and just by observation everyone that comes in states they have made several calls or have stopped by to pick up a form just to be told to wait even longer. Truth be told having the same experience!
First time patient there and i can say hes a good Dr. Took the time to explain everything, wait time was about 2 hrs 😬 but thats very common now in days everywhere 😝
