I just left this salon after going for the first time to have my seven year olds hair cut. My daughter has a head of big, layered, naturally curly hair. We asked for a trim to cut off all the dead ends. The woman trimmed literally a small section in the back and that's it. As my daughters hair dried the curls shrank she figured all was trimmed since it was shorter than the rest I guess. I'm not sure. All that was on the floor was a few strands. I brought my 5yo son in with an unfinished haircut from Fantastic Sam's (the woman there did NOT know how to interact with children and gave up half-way because he got ticklish when she used the clippers). Jenn was sweet and my son happily followed all her requests to hold his head a certain way and didn't even flinch at the clippers! He had so much fun he didn't want to leave, he can't wait to go back!! Usually love this place, but yesterday the lady that cut my son's hair rushed our appointment. She seemed upset when I didn't want his hair washed. The back of his neck is completely uneven now. I should of checked his cut better but still not acceptable! So much for being close to home! We won't be going back anytime soon.

Just went in our our baby's first haircut and the service was great. The waiting area has lots of toys to keep kids entertained, and movies playing for older kids. Our little guy was nervous but the stylist did a great job cutting his hair while he played with books. The haircut was perfect, and our son wanted to stay to keep playing. Thanks and we'll be back!
