RUDE MANAGER. She will not work with you at all even if they’re the ones that made the mistake. Made an online order for in store pick up thinking it would be an easier process. Point blank they had me waiting for 2 weeks on my shoes which I never got even though they were in the store the whole time. Horrible store! Please don’t go here and save your money. I got my kid’s croc in a smaller size and wanted to exchange it. The associate said yes and the very rude manager steps in and says no and not use even though the crocs were is sellable condition. Kids do grow in size rapidly and spending over $15 for a size that can be exchanged for within 3 months is ridiculous. I did not make a fuss, I just walked out.
