Today my son was filled with anxiety about his cleaning because he had a wiggly tooth. I called to say we would be late and I let them know why. When we got there they were so understanding and Susan whom usually works in Fairfield but was in Monroe today was absolutely amazing with my son. She earned his trust by talking to him and asking about his concerns. It was very touching. On top of everything I believe this is the cleanest his teeth have ever been.
