Kids First was great! The entire dental staff put my daughter to ease and made her first visit enjoyable. They explained everything to her so she knew what was going to be happening. I cannot say enough good things! I will recommend them to everyone!
Doctors were absolutely amazing with my 8 year old daughter! She was terrified going in for an extraction. Dr Kim and Dr Patel made her comfortable and reassured her the whole time. Have recommended to several friends and family and will continue to see this office for all further treatment and care!
Dr Matt and team are top notch! Client care and service are always on point and Dr Matt has enthusiasm for dentistry that is contagious. My daughter used to be extremely fearful of visiting the dentist, but when it is cleaning day she actually jumps out of her seat to let out a big ole yay!! Wonderful transformation that only this staff could have made possible. Keep up the good work and keep spreading those beautiful smiles:)
My 5 year-old daughter was referred to Kids First to have her cavities filled. It has been the best experience! She was extremely reluctant to walk in, but at the end of her first visit she didn't want to leave. Everyone we came into contact with was friendly and ready to make our visit pleasant. Hannah gets a bit anxious or cries every time she comes. The tech said we could go to a private room since it was fairly noisey. Dr. Matt came in and was so patient with her, and took small steps took show her we were not doing anything that will be painful. He is so awesome with the kids.
The assistants and the doctor were wonderful. They all are very patient and gentle with the little kids, it makes the experience enjoyable!!
Less than Fair Dental Experience I brought my five and two year old daughters both to Kids First for their first dental appointments. Although my overall experience was not positive I must admit that their office staff was phenomenal, they are very good with kids and I can't have nicer words for their receptionist.My husband and I do not have dental insurance for the kids and my experience started with them explaining to me the pricing and what would be involved in each of the girls' visits. AMAZING!!!! I honestly cant say enough good things about this place and their staff!... They truly are a good find!, My 2 children are very stubborn when it comes to the dentist and the staff at kids first takes the time to get to know the children as well as make the apt go as smoothly as possible. We love Dr. Karsten so much that we travel 45 minutes just to see him!
