Both Drs. Tracy and Austin Bowden are wonderful. I have a son who has ASD and sensory processing disorder, and they are patient and accommodating. The staff are friendly and usually we don't wait more than 10 minutes before being taken in.
RecommendedMy 4 kids have been coming here since my oldest was 18 months and now he’s 11 years old. The facility is absolutely clean and bright with video games for the kids to play, a coloring station for the little ones, a TV and a variety of magazines in the waiting room. The staff is friendly and skilled, and both Dr. Bowdens are very professional and wonderful with the kids. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Bowden and the staff at Kids First. My son is Autistic and does NOT like anyone in his face, never mind in his mouth. Dr. Bowden is incredubly patient and soft spoken. We had our first fully successful visit!
The hygienists and Dr. Bowden are so friendly. They not only make us feel special, they make my daughter very comfortable; therefore, she looks forward to going. We love the staff of Kids First! Thank you for giving us such great service!!
My 2 year old son had fell down the slide and had trauma so bad that he lost his front tooth. I had a run around with multiple dentist including my worst choice, kool Smiles because his bone was fractured at the top of his mouth and no one wanted to give me a clear explanation as of what was exactly wrong and how to fix the problem just for the pediatric dentist to instantly fix the issue on our first initial visit in minutes.
