My husband and I brought our 8 year old son in for his first cleaning yesterday. He has non-verbal autism. The hygienist was so patient with him and really put him at ease. Dr. Mahajan is very easy to talk to and so good with our son. I highly recommend Kids First Dentistry. Such a great experience!
I wouldn’t recommend for any federal employee or Military family. As many federal employee benefits are 2 insurances a primary and secondary. They only file 1 insurance, and not your dental insurance. This is a case of extreme laziness as it is more difficult, but federal employees have excellent insurance that pays well but the office manager is too lazy to file both insurances. They are super friendly, and very good at what they do. I feel bad bc my 2 year old isn’t the best at all with the dentist and they are always incredibly patient. Def recommend for sure
Although the office was a little behind schedule, we were in and out in under an hour, which was a nice surprise. Hygienist was super sweet and patient with my 4 year old and made his first cleaning a breeze with no anxiety.
My kids love Dr. Mahajan and her staff, they are all great and make going to the dentist a breeze for my kids!

Dr. Mahagan is wonderful with children. I always feel like my boys are in excellent care with her and her team.
