The office staff and Dr. Trigg have been great! Our daughter was referred to ENT due to multiple ear infections. We were originally referred to Riley and were scheduled 4+ months out. They had to reschedule our first appointment then cancelled the rescheduled appointment without telling us. I only found out because my daughter had another ear infection and I called to see if they had any cancelations so we could get in sooner. I brought my daughter to ENT of Indiana, and I was very impressed with his care. From the start, he listened closely to my concerns and asked thoughtful questions. He agreed with my observations and took the time to discuss next steps, making sure I felt heard and supported. Throughout our visit, he showed patience, kindness, and expertise, and made both my daughter and me feel comfortable and cared for. I truly appreciate his professionalism and the time he took to listen.
Dr. Trigg and staff were so kind and passionate about helping kiddos. It was such a great experience, and we were able to get in for an appointment in less than a week!
Very clear description of child’s condition. Quick scheduling of surgery, smooth day of surgery, and quick recovery. Also great follow up!
