First, I would like to acknowledge the one positive aspect of our visit: every staff member we interacted with, with the exception of the doctor, was incredibly kind, welcoming, helpful, and compassionate. My daughter was scheduled for wisdom teeth removal and we were referred to this office by her orthodontist, who advised that she may likely only need two teeth removed because the other two seemed to have room. Dr. Burk is amazing and his staff is so sweet. My 15 year-old had his first cavities filled and they helped with his anxiety and he walked away not scared to go back.
