I am so grateful to God that I found this place!!! I just moved to Texas from Arizona and was completely lost... Dr. Masha was truly a God send she is amazing... She is very thorough and efficient, yet gentle.. my 6 year daughter was in wonderful care with her and her assistant Lupe. Also, Stacey is always willing to help and ensure cost/insurance payments are accurate... We have found our Dental home thanks again!!!! � Hopefully this helps other parents, LoWana Hardy
Called to make appointments for my children and was told (after scheduling) they could not be seen over Spring Break, despite having room on the schedule, because they’re new patients and “that’s a busy time.” I am expected to take my children out of school instead. Receptionist was rude and inflexible and talked over me. I hope this policy has served them well with their existing patients because it certainly won’t satisfy any new ones.
They took such great care of my little girl! Ty!
I called to reschedule my son's appointment 28 hours before the appointment as something came up at his school and they asked for $75 as rescheduling fee. I have heard of cancellation fee but never a rescheduling fee and before 24 hrs of appointment. Very rude staff !! very disappointed.
