Very patient and professional 😁
We have been bringing our kids to Western Dental Kids in Pasadena for several years now, and overall it’s been a positive experience. The staff is really good with children — they’re friendly, patient, and try to make the experience as comfortable and fun as possible. This helps a lot for nervous little ones.
Just took my 4-year-old daughter here for crowns, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The dentist did not fit her teeth properly. I noticed right away that the crowns looked crooked. When I brought it up, I was first told that they take 45 minutes to fully cement, but then just 10 minutes later I was told it was “already cemented” and nothing could be done. To make matters worse, the dentist left for lunch immediately after and referred us elsewhere to “get them fixed.” My daughter is now stuck with croo... read more

**** I was offered a refund,thanks but thats ok I just want parents aware so they dont take their kids and give them a tramatic denatl experience....I dont need the refund I would hope the owner looks into their staff though. **** We just had our first and last visit here. I wish i went through and read these reviews!! The Dental asst. Needs training in compassion and to learn to work with kids!
