I had an appointment for my sister today at 11. Showed up 10 minutes early only for you all to cancel at the last moment. I inquired with the receptionist whether you all called to inform us, and she said no, explaining that you didn’t have time due to “a lot” of calls. I inquired about the cancellation reason, and she mentioned it was due to you not having a designated dentist and seeking new options.
