This place is so great with young kids. All the staff are so patient and friendly. When I did have a concern, management took it seriously and responded very well, taking my feedback on. My kid actually really enjoys dental visits because of the team. I’m so glad we found this place!
So bad experience here! I forgot the appointment, but when they call me, I asked I can come right now, if it is possible in 12 minutes or reschedule. They told me I can go there to get the treatment. When I am here, they told me cannot treat my child, I can only reschedule. If they tell me I must be rescheduled, I will not drive so fast to here. They told me when I was arrived. They do not want to treat my child.
