Place is awful. Constant billing issues. Never respond to phone calls, and cancel appointments with no notifications.
My daughter and I had the best experience yesterday with Kids Dental Care. My daughter fell and broke her front tooth. I called the office they were closed .... Dr Buccino called me and I sent him the pictures of my daughters tooth. He asked if I could meet him at the office so we could get X-rays. The Fall River location continues to cancel appointments literally 10 minutes before. As I am on my way with my child I dismissed from school and on my sick hour because I had to leave work early. So unprofessional.
RecommendedIf I could give 10 stars I would. Today was my sons first dentist appointment and they did amazing with him. I was more nervous then he was! They were super friendly and really patient. I would highly recommend!
I have been taking my son here for years. Dr Buccino and his staff are excellent and go above and beyond to make my son at ease. I wish I had a dentist like him growing up!! A++

Dr Buccino is a caring, professional dentist. He takes the time to explain routine care and more importantly recommended treatments. I feel Dr Buccino cares about teaching children and parents about the importance of oral healthcare .
