Our kids were Referred to this dental office Because their previous dentist is no longer do for the kids. So we got dental insurance information and history from the previous dentist and made appointment with Temecula Kids Dental Care. No one told us that we need to complete a new patient forms on their website. They only sent twice appt confirmation text.
