The building that the this place is in is very inconspicuous and awkward. There is no signage up front and the parking lot is tiny and full of cars. After making an effort to park and make a trek up a giant stairs with a toddler, we were turned away by a stylist with a snobby attitude. She insisted on an appointment only / no walk-ins policy. We took Aryon for his first head shave, and Jenna was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was extremely professional, calm, and knew exactly how to handle little ones. The entire process was smooth, hygienic, and super efficient — she completed everything in under 15 minutes without rushing. Christina is a magician and is so patient and kind. Our 2 & 3 year olds came in for their first hair cuts and absolutely loved it. I thought they might be scared for their first cut but they laughed and smiled and were so happy! Thank you, Christina.
