They should actually enforce the Height restriction Ive encounter 10yo running around and bumping into smaller kids.
No enforcement of height restrictions or any rules makes this place unsafe for most of the children it is designed to cater to (sign says under 6). If you somehow manage to go when it is not completely packed and you have parents who are mindful of their kids, it is a really fun place. However, that is a rare occasion and I cannot recommend this place for kids under 5. Safety Hazard: Unenforced Height Limits Lead to Injuries for Younger Kids This facility is a major safety concern for young children. While height limit rules are posted, they are completely ignored by staff and customers. Older children well over the limit are allowed to run freely with toddlers. During our visit, I saw kids were knocked down, run over by a much larger child who should not have been there. I witnessed multiple similar incidents. Lot of big kids running around and bumping into the small kids making the space unsafe and can cause injuries. Height restriction is not enforced.
