This is a great area, but it’s dated and falling apart! Playground items are faded to the point of being unusable, ripped, and peeling. For a kids area, the bathrooms are standard adult bathrooms. No smaller, lower toilets and no stools at the sinks. IKEA has better bathrooms for children. They really need to modernize some of the smaller structures and give the space more kid friendly facilities. Ideally it should be shoe free area but unfortunately it’s not. I called security nunber like twice and requested them to send someone from their team to ask some parents who were not educated enough to remove their shoes while entering baby play area but no one really came and did anything. They just don’t care about the hygiene.

The cove is free, clean (majority of the time), cushioned all around, fun for my little one. We go here if the weather is too cold or rainy for the park. There’s also a great amount of children for social play BUT you must go early. We get there at 10am and leave at 12. This avoids the inconsiderate parents who dump off their kids who are too tall to play around babies and toddlers while they shop.
