Our two kiddos have been attending Kids Connection for just over two years, and we love it! The center is clean and the teachers/staff are excellent. Directors are communicative and accessible. I never worry when dropping my kids off - I know they are in good hands. My son has some food allergies and they are attentive and careful about it. There is a lot of anxiety when finding a daycare that you can trust your children with. I was blown away with Kids Connection. The building is kept clean and feels secure, the children seem happy, alert, well behaved and at home with their teachers. The thing that really stood out to me was the staff. We are incredibly grateful to have found this daycare for our daughter! From the moment we enrolled, Ms. Kooi (the director) and Viviana (the assistant director) made us feel so welcomed. Their excellent communication and genuine care have been amazing. If I could give it no stars i would they treat their employees wrong and have favorites and specialize those favorites over the others.
The director cares for the families and experience you have there to the max. Community building is a something they pride themselves in and as a first time parent I appreciated having that support. My child’s teachers knew him well and cared for him in special ways that were unique to his needs.
