We had a very disappointing experience at Kids Come First Clinic. We’ve been bringing both of our children here for years, so we’re familiar with the long wait times, but this visit was especially upsetting. What made it worse was feeling like our child was not properly examined or listened to. As parents, it’s incredibly stressful when your child is unwell, and we expected more care and compassion. I had a wonderful experience with my child. We were able to get a same-day appointment, and when we arrived, everyone was very polite and professional. We saw the nurse, doctor, and completed the imaging all within an hour and a half. Amazing place highly recommended!
Staff was very kind and efficient.
