This is a wonderful spot for bringing your kids! The staff is so friendly, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their patients.
This s place is amazing!! First time & everyone was nice from check in to the hygienist & the doctor. They really made my kids feel special and welcomed. The office was really clean & smelled nice! I’m not the biggest fan of their call center it seems like they maybe outsource but the office made up for it in every way
They outsource all of their phone calls. You actually can’t even call the front desk. I have been calling and calling to get the forms for my son to enroll into school and they only have a call center. I will be getting a new office after this. It’s unreasonable that they can’t answer the phone for multiple days. They clearly do not value customer service.
