If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was scheduled for an appointment confirmed the appointment only to be told the appointment was on a different day even though was confirmed with answering service. Rescheduled to the next day and informed them I was stuck in traffic and would be arriving 12 after. If it wasn’t for the company sending 8 text reminders and 6 emails about the appointments I would have given them 5 stars. The staff at the actual clinic is phenomenal. The system or staff that manages the notifications are borderline harassing me and my wife.
I cancelled an appointment 4 times, and kids Care confirmed the cancellation every time. However, they continued to text me appointment reminders for the visit that I cancelled. Mind you, it’s $50 for a no-show. While there, the doctor assessed my child and proceeded to dictate to his assistant what treatment to schedule, without even discussing the findings with us. Very disrespectful. Later another doctor confirmed that some of the procedures she wanted to do were not necessary. Stay away from Kids-Care!
I hate to give 3 stars but I will. The billing department is horrible! it's overseas which I don't mind but they are incompetent. They need more training to be honest. Whenever I go to the dentist I always pay upfront. Last time I brought my kids for dental treatment I didn't pay anything but then after a few weeks I received a text that I owe certain amount. The dental assistant is always so amazing and caring to my son. She answers all his questions and makes sure he knows exactly what is happening. She ensures he feels comfortable every step of the way.
